Ingrédients de Peppercorn Sauce:
- 1/2 Onion.
- 3 Tablespoon Peppercorns.
- 1/2 Beef stock cube.
- 250 ml Double cream.
Comment cuisiner Peppercorn Sauce:
- Chop the onion as finely as possible, and fry in a dash of oil until softened..
- Add the peppercorns, and fry for a minute. For this recipe I soaked the peppercorns in warm water for an hour to soften them up a little, but this is optional..
- Add the double cream, and 1/2 of the stock cube. Turn the heat right down, and simmer slowly for 20 mins..
