Ingrédients de Banana Pancakes:

  1. 2 overripe leftover Banana.
  2. 100 gm all purpose flour.
  3. 50 gm wheat flour.
  4. 2 tsp sugar powder.
  5. 2 Pure ghee.
  6. 1 cup milk.
  7. 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder.
  8. 1/2 tsp ellaichi(Cardamom) powder.
  9. 1/2 tbs salt.
  10. 1 Tbs amul Butter optional.
  11. 3-4 tsp honey optional.
  12. As needed tomato sauce.

  1. Due to CORONA Virus I have limited options for cooking I have 2 over ripe leftover black skin bananas I don't want to throw it. So I have made pancakes. In a mixing bowl add maida, wheat flour, sugar powder, Backing powder mix well..
  2. In a mixture grinder add peeled ripe bananas add milk or ellaiche seeds grind it till smooth..
  3. Keep aside add dry ingredients make smooth paste add milk if desire add pure ghee mix well. Rest batter 1/2 hour minimum.Take nonstick tava make small pancakes with the help of cookie cutter add deshi ghee.flip pancakes..
  4. Now golden colour pancakes is ready for serve. Decorate with butter, honey & chocolate syrup..
