  2. 1 medium banana.
  3. 1 scoop protein powder.
  4. handful dark chocolate chips (optional).
  5. peanut butter (optional).
  6. berries (optional).

Comment cuisiner Protein Pancakes:

  1. Mix together egg, banana, and protein powder to a batter consistency.
  2. Stir in dark chocolate chips.
  3. Poor onto heated skillet (makes about four medium pancakes); cook like you would normal pancakes, flipping when the edges are bubbly *Note: the outside cooks fast, so keep the stove at a medium temperature to avoid burning them before the middle cooks thoroughly enough.
  4. Top with peanut butter and your favorite berries.
