  7. 1/2 cup buttermilk.
  8. 1 egg.
  9. 2 tbs sour cream.
  10. 1 tbs melted unsalted butter.

  1. Combine dry ingredients together (coconut flour down to the xanthan gum).
  2. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl (buttermilk down to the melted butter)..
  3. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients..
