  1. 3/4 cup buttermilk.
  2. 3/4 cup all purpose flour.
  3. 1/4 cup whole wheat flour.
  4. 2 tbsp. granulated sugar.
  5. 1 tsp. baking powder.
  6. 1/2 tsp. baking soda.
  7. 1/8 tsp. salt.
  8. 1 large egg.
  9. 2 tbsp. melted butter.
  10. 3/4 cup blueberries.
  11. butter as needed for the griddle/pan.

  1. Whisk together the flours, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl until combined. Add the buttermilk, egg and melted butter and mix until just combined. Then fold in the blueberries.
