  12. 1/4 kg chicken breasts - finger size slices.
  13. 1/4 kg Beef - grounded.
  14. Spices - if you like.
  15. 2 clove garlic.
  16. 1 pinch salt n pepper.
  17. 2 tsp granulated sugar.
  18. 2 tbsp tomato sauce.
  19. cayenne pepper.
  20. 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin.
  21. Dressing.
  22. 3 piece lime - squeezed no seed.
  23. 2 tbsp Honey or granulated sugar.
