  9. 2 Pounds Baby Golden Russet Potatoes [washed & halved].
  10. 1 tsp Herbs de Provence [crushed].
  11. 2 tbsp Fine Minced Garlic.
  12. 1/4 Cup Quality White Wine [more if needed].
  13. 2 tbsp Quality Garlic Olive Oil.
  14. 1 Cube Quality Sweet & Salted Butter.
  15. 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper.
  16. 1 Cup Vidalia Onions [thick sliced].
  17. 1 Cup Red Onions [thick sliced].
  18. 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley [fine minced].
  19. to taste Sea Salt [a light sprinkle].

  1. Add everything in the Marinade section to pork chops and marinate for 2 hours in fridge..
  2. Add all ingredients in the Baby Russet Section in a large skillet and melt. Chop your potatoes in half and slice your onions. Place in pan - potatoes face down..
  3. Steam potatoes for 10 minutes tightly covered then, uncover and pan sear on high to create a nice char on your spuds..
  4. Grill pork chops for 3 minutes on each side at 450°. Get some good char on em' too!.
  5. Place hot, juicy grilled chops on a Himalayan Salt Brick for additional flavor if possible..
  6. Garnish plate with parsley and serve with a fresh garden salad, bread and a great Chardonnay. Enjoy!.
