  1. 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil.
  3. 5-8 pieces bacon.
  4. 5 ounces cream cheese.
  5. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. to taste salt & pepper.
  7. Garlic Powder.
  8. Green onions chopped.

  1. Preheat oven too 400°F. Line a 9x13in baking dish with aluminum foil for easy cleanup..
  2. Cook bacon and tear or cut into bits. Set aside..
  3. Put chicken breasts in baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Flip & repeat this step on the other side..
  4. Cut the cream cheese into 4 equal sections. Set one on top of each chicken breast..
  5. Sprinkle half of the bacon on chicken breast, then half of the shredded cheddar cheese..
  6. Sprinkle remaining bacon on chicken breast, then the remaining shredded cheddar cheese..
  7. Bake in preheated oven 20-25 minutes depending on thickness of chicken breast..
  8. Let set about 5 minutes before serving. Top with green onions and enjoy!.
