Ingrédients de Grilled Chicken Wings:

  1. 12 pcs Middle Chicken Wings.
  2. 6 pcs. Garlic Cloves.
  3. 1 tbsp White Pepper.
  4. 1 tbsp White Sauce Sauce.
  5. 1 tsp Maggi Sauce.
  6. 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce.
  7. 1 tbsp Palm Sugar.
  8. 1 tsp Black Soy Sauce.
  9. 1 tsp Sesame Oil.
  10. Kaffir Lime Leaves for decoration.

Comment cuisiner Grilled Chicken Wings:

  1. Pound pepper and garlic. Take it out into bowl..
  2. Add seasoning : white soy sauce, maggi sauce, oyster sauce, palm sugar, black soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well..
  3. Put middle chicken wings into marinated garlic and pepper. Combine well. Set aside and put in fridge about 30 minutes..
  4. Grill chicken on charcoal oven at middle heat about 20 minutes or until it cook. Skin would be brown and dry..
  5. Served on plate and decorate with kaffir lime leaf..
  6. Tip : Taste is salty, sweet, garlic and pepper flavored. Good to eat it as snack or eat it with steamed sticky rice. You also can dip in Sweet Chili Sauce..
