  2. Spring onions.
  3. Yellow and red bell peppers.
  4. Green pepper.
  5. Chilli.
  6. Black pepper.
  7. Condiments(curry, thyme, maggi cubes).
  8. Carrots.
  9. Sweet corn.

Comment cuisiner Fried Rice, grilled chicken:

  1. Slice and cut onions, peppers,carrots.
  2. Grate your chilli and set aside.
  3. I marinated my chicken with black pepper, onions and seasonings. Preheat oven and leave for 30-45mins.
  4. Parboil rice with curry and thyme till tender and drain.
  5. Stir fry all veggies and pour in rice gradually.
  6. Mix well and you should have something colorful.
  7. Serve hot!!!.
