- 1 Tbsp Chopped shallots.
- 1 tsp chopped garlic.
- 1 cup whole milk.
- 2 cups water.
- 1 tbs kosher salt.
- 3 Tblsp unsalted butter.
- 1 bay leaf.
- 1 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley.
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce.
- 1 cup Beef Stock (canned is fine or boxed).
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese.

- Let your steak tips come to room temperature heat up grill or grill pan.
- Gather your ingredients together.
- Put chopped shallots in a small bowl with bourbon and let marinated for 15 mins.
