  2. Chili Powder.
  3. Garlic Powder.
  4. Adobo Seasoning.
  5. Pico De Gallo.
  6. Lime Juice.
  7. Shredded Lettuce.
  8. Plain Yogurt.
  9. Corn Tortillas.

  1. Sprinkle both sides of the fish with the garlic, chili powder and adobo seasoning..
  2. Place the fillets into a grilling basket for easy flipping..
  3. Grill over hot coals flipping periodically to cook through without charing and drying out them out..
