- 1/4 cup shredded coconut.
- 1/2 cup sugar.
- 1 pinch salt.

- Toast shredded coconut in pan, when its browned add coconut milk and sugar and salt, turn off the heat, set aside.
- Beat thickened cream till soft peak and then fold it up with cooked coconut milk that has been cool down.
