- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil *OR Vegetable Oil.

- 100 g Sour Cream.
- 50 g Anchovette (Anchovy Spread) *I used Peck’s Anchovette.
- 1/2 Onion *finely chopped.
- 8 Anchovy Fillets *drained and chopped.
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper.
- Fresh Dill.
