1. 1 1/2 cup wasabi.
2. 1 large cucumber.
3. 2 cup mayonnaise.
4. 1 oz minced garlic.
5. 1 1/4 cup buttermilk ranch.
6. 3/4 cup milk.

1. Slice one large cucumber thin. Note you will have to use a food processor.
2. Add Wasabi, Mayo, Buttermilk Ranch, minced garlic and milk. Blend until its a nice light dressing..
3. To ease the heat of the Wasabi I suggest adding 1/4 cup more of Mayo and a 1/4 cup of milk..
