  1. 2 cup dry, crumbled biscuits.
  2. 3 cup dry, crumbled cornbread.
  3. 1/3 cup chopped celery.
  4. 1/2 cup minced onions.
  5. 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted.
  6. 1 cup chicken stock low sodium.
  7. 1 tsp salt.
  8. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
  9. 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning.
  10. 1/4 cup water.
  11. 2 eggs.

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl until well blended..
  4. Place mixture in a 9x9 casserole dish. Use a spoon to spread it evenly..
  5. Place casserole dish in oven uncovered. Bake for about 30 minutes..
  6. Check if the dressing is done by placing a toothpick in the center. If the toothpick comes out with nothing on it, the dressing is done..
