  3. 1 &1/2 tbsp tomato paste.
  4. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder.

  17. 1 ghost chilli( bhoot jholokia)soak in water for 20 minutes.
  18. 200 gm onion, finely sliced and deep fried to golden brown.
  19. 2 & 1/2 tsp yogurt.

  21. 1 & 1/2 tsp garlic paste.
  22. 1 & 1/2 tsp raw papaya paste.

  25. 2 black cardamom.
  26. 4 green cardamom.
  27. 2" cinnamon.
  28. 4 cloves.
  29. 3 petals star anise.
  30. 1/2 tsp aniseed.
  31. 1 tsp fennel seeds.

Heat oil in a pressure pan, add ingredients for seasoning one by one. Then add chopped onions and saute till it becomes transparent and glassy. Keep stirring so it does not stick to the pan. Place the chops into the pan and sear both sides before reducing the heat.
