  2. 2 cans Rotel.
  3. 1 can black beans.
  4. 1 can white northern beans.
  5. 1 can corn.
  6. 1/2 a yellow onion diced (our whole if you love onion).
  7. 1/4 cup brown sugar.
  8. Spices.
  9. Black pepper.
  10. Curry powder.
  11. Garlic powder.

  1. Dice onion..
  2. Mix onion and pork in a bowl..
  3. Dust the pork with black pepper..
  4. Add other spices sparingly. Don't overpower the pepper..
  5. Fry the mixture in something oily. I had some bacon grease leftover from breakfast. Only needs to brown the edges. It should look like sloppy meat balls..
  6. Add all ingredients to the Crock-Pot.
  7. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Check your Crock-Pot's manual for suggested times..
  8. I enjoy my Chili with some cheddar cheese and sour cream..
