  3. 250 g cherry tomatoes.
  4. Parsley.
  5. Olive oil.
  6. Salt.
  7. 30 ml white wine(optional).

Grilled fillet of sea bass with garlic, white wine, olive oil and cherry tomato sauce, served with sautéed potatoes. On top of each sea bass place the tomato, onion and coarsely chopped parsley.
