  6. 1 .tsb Italian seasoning.
  7. 4 tsb Parmesan.

Combine all ingredients including the cocktail tomatoes into a bowl and sprinkle with black pepper or banting friendly salad dressing if you prefer.   1. Take chicken breast and add salt and pepper and paprika to taste wash the tomatoes and half and wash snap peas season.
  2. Preheat oven to 180, put seasoned chicken in the pan drizzle with 1 tsb of olive oil and cook.
  3. Once chicken is 5 min away from ready add the veggies and drizzles balsamic and 1 tsp of olive oil over veggies. Sprinkle the parmasan over the chicken. Roast until the snap peas are tender but crunchy and the tomatoes have blistered a bit..
  4. Once ready plate the food and take the pan dripping and dress the rocket. Enjoy!!!!.
