Ingrédients de Tagliatelle al ragu:
- 100 g mince.
- Carrots.
- Onions.
- Celery.
- Chopped tomatoes.
- Olive oil.
- 400 g Egg Tagliatelle approx.
- Parmesan.
- Salt.
Comment cuisiner Tagliatelle al ragu:
- Chop veg into tiny pieces. Fry gently in olive oil..
- Brown off the mince.
- Add 200g ish of chopped tomatoes, stir, add a bit of water and simmer gently for about 40 mins, stirring frequently, add a sprinkle of salt.
- Towards the end of cooking time, cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Drain and add to ragu. Mix well and serve with grated parmesan if desired.
