- Firstly we have roast eggplant on medium to low flame till it’s cooked and peel the skin and keep aside..
- Now bread pieces which r cut into roundels with the help of a lid of a jar roasted on tawa till it turns crunchy and crusty..
- Take olive oil in a bowl and in it added lemon juice..
- Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and some cheese spread and mix all these things well..
- Now add roasted eggplant, green chilli, chopped bell peppers, onions and paneer cubes in the bowl..
- Now add fresh basil leaves, parsley and chilli flakes with salt.Now it’s ready to be served on a roasted bread roundels by garnish with grated cheese..
