Ingrédients de Pappardelle al ragù di salsiccia e funghi:

  1. 400 g pappardelle.
  2. 100 g sausage meat.
  3. 100 g mushrooms (I used mixed mushrooms).
  4. Carrots, onions, celery chopped.
  5. 250 ml stock.
  6. Tin tomatoes.
  7. Olive oil.
  8. Glass red wine.
  9. Parmesan to serve.
  10. to taste Salt and pepper.

Comment cuisiner Pappardelle al ragù di salsiccia e funghi:

  1. Fry veg in a little oil for few mins. Add sausage meat and brown.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook for another few mins on medium heat. Add wine and let it evaporate.
  3. Add tomatoes, stock, salt and pepper. Simmer on low for about 90 mins.
  4. Towards the end, bring pot of salted water to the boil. Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain and add to sauce. Mix well.
  5. Serve with Parmesan :).
