- Spice Blend/Ras al Hanout.
- 1/2 tsp dry ground ginger.
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
- 1 tsp chili powder.
- 1/2 tsp whole cumin seed.
- 1 tsp sweet paprika.
- 1/4 tsp Hungarian hot paprika or cayenne.
- 1/4 tsp curry powder.
- pinch nutmeg.
- 1 many grinds of black pepper.
- Finishing Additions.
- 1 large handful of parsley and cilantro, chopped.
- 1 juice of half a lemon.
