  6. 2-3 Tablespoons butter, depending on how buttery you like things.
  7. 3 Tablespoons minced garlic.
  8. 3 Tablespoons oyster sauce.
  9. 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
  10. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

Once the butter is melted add the garlic and cook until golden and fragrant. Now add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine and sugar. Add the oil until heated, then add the garlic and stir-fry until aromatic.
