  1. 10 green beans (boiled for 10min, tender).
  2. 1/2 green papaya (grated or cut into finned strings).
  3. 1 smashed red chilly pepper.
  4. 1 clove smashed garlic.
  5. 2 tbsp roasted peanuts.
  6. 4 cherry tomatoes cut in 4.
  7. 3 tbsp fish sauce.
  8. 1/2 lime (juice).
  9. 1 tbsp palm sugar (or black one with mellasa).
  10. 1/3 raw cabbage (to serve).
  11. 10 shrimps (i used small one) boiled for 10 min.

  1. This salad needs all the ingridients raw but i am boiling the green beans and the shrimps to make it more "European".
  2. Mix everything together and is ready. THE BEST is to add the papaya before you serve cause it cannot stay long cutted!.
  3. You can serve with cabbage, i am serving with basmati..
