  7. 800 g / 28 oz can crushed tomato.
  8. 14 oz / 420g can red kidney beans.
  9. 2 cups beef broth.
  10. 1 &1/2 tsp sugar.
  11. 1/2-1 &1/2 cup water.
  12. Salt and pepper.
  13. *Chilli Spice Mix**.
  14. 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper (depending on taste).
  15. 4 tsp paprika powder.
  16. 2 tsp cumin powder.
  17. 2 tsp garlic powder.
  18. 2 tsp onion powder.
  19. 2 tsp oregano.
