- 1 chopped onion, 1 tomato chopped, 1 capsicum chopped.
- 2 green chillies, 1 red pepper,1 tbsn ginger,garlic and chilli.
- Paste,2 tbsn oil,1 tsp red chilli pwd,1 tsp coriander pwd.
- 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp salt,a pinch of garam masala.
- 1/2 cup mixed coriander leaves & mint leaves, pinch of sweet.
- Paprika and some spring onions to garnish n toasted bread.
- 3 eggs...can add more if u want.

- Prepare all the ingredients...as have to be quick....heat oil in a pan add the onion,cumin and ginger garlic and chilli paste n saute.
- Now add the tomato, capsicum and chilli...mix now add red chilli pwd,coriander pwd and mix.
- Now add tomato paste, salt and a pinch of garam masala n saute few seconds..
- Now add the coriander leaves and mint leaves, now make 3 parts in masala in each part add little butter and 1 egg...(total 3 parts with 3 egg)now cover n Cook few seconds n its ready.
