Ingrédients de Homestyle Meatloaf:

  1. 2 lbs. ground beef 90% lean.
  2. 1 med. onion minced.
  3. 2 lrg. eggs.
  4. 3 garlic cloves minced.
  5. 3 tbsp. ketchup.
  6. 3 tbsp. fresh parsley finely chopped.
  7. 3/4 cup italian breadcrumbs.
  8. 1/3 cup milk.
  9. 1 1/2 tsp. salt.
  10. 1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning.
  11. 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper.
  12. 1/2 tsp. ground paprika.
  13. Sauce.
  14. 3/4 cup ketchup.
  15. 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar.
  16. 2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar.
  17. 1 tsp. garlic powder.
  18. 1/2 tsp. onion powder.
  19. 1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper.
  20. 1/4 tsp. salt.

Comment cuisiner Homestyle Meatloaf:

  1. Line a 9"×5" loaf pan with parchment paper and pregeat the oven to 375° F.
  2. In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the meatloaf. Mix well.
  3. Add meat to the loaf pan gently press meat down and shape evenly. Bake at 375°F for 40 min..
  4. In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together for the sauce..
  5. Spread the sauce iver the meatloaf and return to the oven for an additional 15-20 min..
  6. Rest meatloaf 15 min. before slicing. Drizzle with juice from pan. Enjoy!.
