Ingrédients de Momma’s Tater Salad:

  1. About 4 medium potatoes or 2# red potatoes.
  2. 1 1/2 cups your favorite mayonnaise (give or take on how you like).
  3. 4 tablespoons yellow or Dijon mustard.
  4. 1/2 red onion chopped fine.
  5. 1/2 sweet onion chopped fine.
  6. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste).
  7. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular if you’re out).
  8. 20 (or so) slice dill (or favorite) pickle chopped.
  9. 2 tablespoons (3ish for me) pickle juice.
  10. 4 boil eggs chopped.
  11. 3 celery stalks chopped fine.
  12. 1/2 tablespoon onion powder.
  13. 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder.

Comment cuisiner Momma’s Tater Salad:

  1. Chop potatoes bite size, boil with teaspoon salt until fork tender, not mushy.
  2. In a bowl add chopped eggs, celery,onions, pickles, mix, add pepper paprika, garlic and onion powder, fold in mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard.
  3. After potatoes are done drain and cool when cool put in big bowl and fold in mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Sprinkle paprika on top and chill couple hours or over night.
