  1. 1 cup boiled rotini pasta.
  2. 1 cup diced onion.
  3. 1 cup diced beetroot.
  4. 1 cup diced tomato.
  5. 1 cup diced green onion.
  6. 1 cup grated carrots.
  7. 1 tablespoon salt.
  8. 1 tsp black pepper.
  9. 1 tablespoon garam masala.
  10. 1 tablespoon chaat masala.
  11. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder.
  12. 2 tablespoons ketchup.
  13. 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce.

This colourful pasta with beetroot and spinach can be tossed up in a few minutes, and makes for a delicious and healthy meal. A gorgeous and good for you pasta with beet sauce. Just blend tender cooked beets with ricotta and lemon juice and toss with hot pasta. When the beetroot is done, leave to cool slightly so you can easily remove the skins and add to a bowl and mash to a coarse paste.
