  6. 20-40 g Red or Green Chillies.
  7. 20 g Ginger.
  8. 20 g Garlic.
  9. 20 g Turmeric Root.
  10. 50 g Red or Yellow Onions.
  11. [Mixed Spices] - mix well.
  12. 1 tsp Garam Masala.
  13. 1 tsp Coriander Powder.
  14. 1 tsp Cumin Powder.
  15. 1/2 Black Pepper Powder.
  16. 1/2 White Pepper Powder.
  17. 1 tsp Salt.
  18. [Aromatics].
  19. 4 pc Cardamom Pods.
  20. 2 pc Star Anise.
  21. 1 tsp Caraway Seeds.
  22. [Sauce].
  23. 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil.
  24. 30 g Butter or Ghee.
  25. 2-4 Tbsp Yogurt.
  26. 2 Tbsp Honey.
  27. 2-4 Tbsp Cream.
  28. as needed Salt.
