- [Curry Paste] - processed in a blender.
- 20-40 g Red or Green Chillies.
- 20 g Ginger.
- 20 g Garlic.
- 20 g Turmeric Root.
- 50 g Red or Yellow Onions.
- [Mixed Spices] - mix well.
- 1 tsp Garam Masala.
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder.
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder.
- 1/2 Black Pepper Powder.
- 1/2 White Pepper Powder.
- 1 tsp Salt.
- [Aromatics].
- 4 pc Cardamom Pods.
- 2 pc Star Anise.
- 1 tsp Caraway Seeds.
- [Sauce].
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil.
- 30 g Butter or Ghee.
- 2-4 Tbsp Yogurt.
- 2 Tbsp Honey.
- 2-4 Tbsp Cream.
- as needed Salt.
