Ingrédients de Masala chips:
- 1 kg Potatoes.
- 1 medium onion.
- 1 medium tomato.
- 1 coriander.
- 1 small capcicum.
- 1 salt.
- 1 green chillies chopped.
- 1 dash Black pepper.
- 1 oil.
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste.
- 1/2 lime.
- 1/2 tsp garlic.
Comment cuisiner Masala chips:
- Peel potatoes and cut into your normal size chips sticks..
- Fry your chips then put aside..
- In a pan put a little oil add your finely chopped onion and fry until soft,add garlic and stir for a few seconds,keep on medium heat..
- Then add tomatoes,salt,pepper,lime and stir for a minute..
- Add tomato paste and cook for another minute..
- Then add the fried chips and stir throughly add coriander and capcicum stir for 30 seconds and remove from heat..
- Serve hot..
