Ingrédients de Masala seasoned potatoes:
- 3 large potatoes sliced.
- 3 tsp masala spice seasoning.
- 2 dash of salt.
- 4 dash of ground chives seasoning.
- 1 Some non stick spray or a teaspoon of olive oil.
Comment cuisiner Masala seasoned potatoes:
- Line a flat pan with aluminum foil in used my flat broiling pan in my oven.
- Spray it with the non stick cooking spray or rub it with olive oil.
- Lay potato slices in a single layer on top of the aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle with all of the seasonings listed. The masala seasoning recipe is listed in my recipes..
- Bake in the oven at 250 Celsius for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. (Note: the timing depends on how thick you cut your slices) (second note: I did not flip or turn them over).
- Take out of oven after it is done and serve with your favorite sauce (example ketchup).
