Ingrédients de Masala Lamb Shanks:
- For The Marinade.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1 tsp ground cumin powder.
- 1 tsp ground coriander powder.
- 1 tsp smoked paprika/plain paprika.
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt.
- 1/2 a lemon juice.
- For the Masala.
- 1 medium onion.
- 3-4 cloves garlic.
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger.
- 1 green chilli.
- 3/4 tsp salt.
- 3/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin powder.
- 3/4 tsp Garam masala.
- 1/4 tsp tumeric powder.
- 1 black cardamon.
- 1 green cardamon.
- 1 bay Leaf.
- 1 small piece of cinnamon stick.
- 2-3 cloves.
Comment cuisiner Masala Lamb Shanks:
- Marinate the lamb shanks with all the ingredients for the marinate and leave for 1-2 hours..
