  6. 1/2 bowl Chopped french beans.
  7. 1/2 bowl Boiled mattar (peas).
  8. 1 spoon Ginger, garlic & green chilli paste.
  9. to taste Salt.
  10. as needed Oil for tadka.
  11. 5-6 Kurry patta (curry leaves).
  12. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
  13. 1 tsp Coriander powder.
  14. 1 tsp Red chilli powder.
  15. 1/2 tsp Garam masala.

Comment cuisiner Veg masala sprout moong & oats khichdi:

  1. First take oats and roast without oil like pink brown color.
  2. Take a pressure cooker and add oil and add mustard and jeera let it crackles.
  3. Add green chilli garlic and ginger paste and curry patta.
  4. Then add all veggies and roast.
  5. Then add all spices and salt and garam masala.
  6. Then add sprouts moong and oats and 2 bowl water and cook for 3 whistle..
  7. Then cool the pressure cooker.
  8. Open the cooker and serve khichdi.
  9. Enjoy hot and healthy khichdi with buttermilk curd and papad.
