  1. 3 lbs Frozen chicken.
  2. 1/2 stick butter.
  3. 1 onion, chopped.
  4. 3 cloves garlic.
  5. 1/4 garam masala paste (bought at Indian food store).
  6. 1 can crushed tomatoes.
  7. 2 Tbsp lemon juice.
  8. 2 tsp paprika.
  9. 1 Tbsp chili powder.
  10. 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
  11. 1 cup plain yogurt.
  12. 1/2 cup flour (to thicken sauce if needed).
  13. 1/4 cup cilantro.

Comment cuisiner Crockpot Tikka masala:

  1. Place chicken, butter, onion, garlic, and tomatoes in crockpot..
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients to make the sauce. Pour over chicken in crockpot and seal the lid.
