Ingrédients de Open Cheese Masala Dosa:
- 2 Cup Idli rice.
- 3/4 Cup Urad Dal.
- 1 Cup cooked rice.
- to taste salt.
- Aloo Masala.
- 4 Big Potatoes.
- 1 onion.
- 3 Green Chillies.
- 1 small inch Ginger finely chopped.
- 1 Tomato.
- leaves Curry.
- 1 tsp Mustard.
- 1 tsp urad /channa dal.
- oil.
- to taste Salt.
- Turmeric powder.
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice.
- leaves Coriander.
- Cheese.
- 100 gm Paneer.
Comment cuisiner Open Cheese Masala Dosa:
- For Idli / Dosa batter i use same jus grind everything and ferment..
- For Aloo Sabji: In a pan add oil, Splutter mustard seed,urad dal and add onion sauté till soft..
- Add curry leaves and chillies and ginger cook for while. Then add salt and turmeric powder cook while add tomato cook till soft..
- Then add mashed potato,paneer and cover and cook for while. Then add little water and salt to taste lemon juice and coriander leaves..
- Once you make dosa spread masala and top it with cheese and cover with lid till it melts..
