Ingrédients de Open Cheese Masala Dosa:

  1. 2 Cup Idli rice.
  2. 3/4 Cup Urad Dal.
  3. 1 Cup cooked rice.
  4. to taste salt.
  5. Aloo Masala.
  6. 4 Big Potatoes.
  7. 1 onion.
  8. 3 Green Chillies.
  9. 1 small inch Ginger finely chopped.
  10. 1 Tomato.
  11. leaves Curry.
  12. 1 tsp Mustard.
  13. 1 tsp urad /channa dal.
  14. oil.
  15. to taste Salt.
  16. Turmeric powder.
  17. 2 tsp Lemon Juice.
  18. leaves Coriander.
  19. Cheese.
  20. 100 gm Paneer.

Comment cuisiner Open Cheese Masala Dosa:

  1. For Idli / Dosa batter i use same jus grind everything and ferment..
  2. For Aloo Sabji: In a pan add oil, Splutter mustard seed,urad dal and add onion sauté till soft..
  3. Add curry leaves and chillies and ginger cook for while. Then add salt and turmeric powder cook while add tomato cook till soft..
  4. Then add mashed potato,paneer and cover and cook for while. Then add little water and salt to taste lemon juice and coriander leaves..
  5. Once you make dosa spread masala and top it with cheese and cover with lid till it melts..
