Ingrédients de Rajma Masala:

  1. 2 cups rajma.
  2. 2 tablespoons oil.
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds.
  4. 2 bay leaves.
  5. 2 onion, finely chopped.
  6. 1 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste.
  7. 2 tbsp tomatoe puree.
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  9. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder.
  10. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder.
  11. 1 teaspoon red chili powder.
  12. to taste salt,.
  13. 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream.
  14. 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped.
  15. 1 teaspoon garam masala.

Comment cuisiner Rajma Masala:

  1. In a pressure cooker add the rajma, 2 cups water, turmeric, salt. Stir and cook on high for 1-2 whistle. Check if rajma is soft. Heat oil in a pan,once the oil is hot add cumin seeds. Saute for a minute. Add onions and cook for few minutes till light brown.next add bay leaves to it. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes away. This will take 3-4 minutes. Once the ginger-garlic is done, add the fresh tomato puree and mix. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium hea.
