Ingrédients de Masala Cheese Omlette:

  1. 2 Thai Green Chilli.
  2. 3 Eggs.
  3. 1/2 Onion.
  4. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder.
  5. 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  6. 1/2 Tomato.
  7. 1 Shredded Cheese.
  8. 1/2 clove Garlic.

Comment cuisiner Masala Cheese Omlette:

  1. Chop onion, tomato, garlic & green chillis fine.
  2. Add all the ingredients except the shredded cheese into a cup and mix well till eggs are finely beaten.
  3. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Grease a medium sized frying pan with oil (or butter) and heat on Medium till pan is nice and hot.
  5. Empty contents of cup into the frying pan making sure it has a even round shape that isnt too thin.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Flip over to cook other side.
