Ingrédients de Masala Cheese Omlette:
- 2 Thai Green Chilli.
- 3 Eggs.
- 1/2 Onion.
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder.
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
- 1/2 Tomato.
- 1 Shredded Cheese.
- 1/2 clove Garlic.
Comment cuisiner Masala Cheese Omlette:
- Chop onion, tomato, garlic & green chillis fine.
- Add all the ingredients except the shredded cheese into a cup and mix well till eggs are finely beaten.
- Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Grease a medium sized frying pan with oil (or butter) and heat on Medium till pan is nice and hot.
- Empty contents of cup into the frying pan making sure it has a even round shape that isnt too thin.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Flip over to cook other side.
