  1. 1 packages frozen cauliflower.
  2. 1 packages frozen peas.
  3. 2 medium fresh zucchini.
  4. 4 large boiled potatoes.
  5. 2 jars tikka masala sause (I use Patacks brand).
  6. 2 can coconut milk.
  7. 1 bunch fresh cilantro.
  8. 3 tbsp curry powder.
  9. 2 tsp cumin.
  10. 2 tbsp sugar (optional).
  11. 1 Salt & Pepper to taste.

Comment cuisiner Vegetarian Tikka Masala (Indian):

  1. Put all ingredients (including cilantro) in a large skillet EXCEPT the vegetables..
  2. Let sauce simmer for 1/2 an hour..
  3. Add remaining vegetables and simmer until zucchini and cauliflower are soft..
  4. I serve over basmati rice with homemade naan and mango lassi drinks..
