Ingrédients de Vegetarian Tikka Masala (Indian):
- 1 packages frozen cauliflower.
- 1 packages frozen peas.
- 2 medium fresh zucchini.
- 4 large boiled potatoes.
- 2 jars tikka masala sause (I use Patacks brand).
- 2 can coconut milk.
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro.
- 3 tbsp curry powder.
- 2 tsp cumin.
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional).
- 1 Salt & Pepper to taste.
Comment cuisiner Vegetarian Tikka Masala (Indian):
- Put all ingredients (including cilantro) in a large skillet EXCEPT the vegetables..
- Let sauce simmer for 1/2 an hour..
- Add remaining vegetables and simmer until zucchini and cauliflower are soft..
- I serve over basmati rice with homemade naan and mango lassi drinks..
