Mom's Kheema Masala (Minced Meat)

Ingrédients de Mom's Kheema Masala (Minced Meat):

  1. 1/2 kg Minced Meat.
  2. 2 large Onions.
  3. 3 chopped green chillies.
  4. 3 tbsp Oil.
  5. 1 tbsp corriander powder.
  6. 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
  7. 1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder.
  8. 3/4 tbsp cumin powder.
  9. 1/4 tbsp turmeric.
  10. 3/4 tbsp garam masala.
  11. 3/4 tbsp meat masala.
  12. 1 salt to taste.
  13. 2 cup water.
  14. 1 chopped coriander leaves.

Comment cuisiner Mom's Kheema Masala (Minced Meat):

  1. The Minced meat is of goat but lamb meat can be used as well.DO NOT MAKE THIS RECIPE WITH CHICKEN MEAT..
  2. Add oil and chopped onions n fry till its slightly brown. add slit green chillies to it..
  3. wash the meat n drain water. add this to the onions with salt n mix well.
  4. After few mins add Ginger garlic paste.mix it well n keep on medium flame to let it cook untill da ginger, garlic n meat smell goes away.it means that he water from the meat has dried off.
  5. now add all the spices one by one along with salt n mix well. after mixing add 2 cups or 1glass water n let it boil away till abt 8 -10mins with lid on.
  6. keep till desired thickness, garnish with coriander leaves.
