Ingrédients de Mom's Kheema Masala (Minced Meat):
- 1/2 kg Minced Meat.
- 2 large Onions.
- 3 chopped green chillies.
- 3 tbsp Oil.
- 1 tbsp corriander powder.
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
- 1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder.
- 3/4 tbsp cumin powder.
- 1/4 tbsp turmeric.
- 3/4 tbsp garam masala.
- 3/4 tbsp meat masala.
- 1 salt to taste.
- 2 cup water.
- 1 chopped coriander leaves.
Comment cuisiner Mom's Kheema Masala (Minced Meat):
- The Minced meat is of goat but lamb meat can be used as well.DO NOT MAKE THIS RECIPE WITH CHICKEN MEAT..
- Add oil and chopped onions n fry till its slightly brown. add slit green chillies to it..
- wash the meat n drain water. add this to the onions with salt n mix well.
- After few mins add Ginger garlic paste.mix it well n keep on medium flame to let it cook untill da ginger, garlic n meat smell goes away.it means that he water from the meat has dried off.
- now add all the spices one by one along with salt n mix well. after mixing add 2 cups or 1glass water n let it boil away till abt 8 -10mins with lid on.
- keep till desired thickness, garnish with coriander leaves.
