Ingrédients de Claires Chicken Tikka Masala:

- 1 can evaporated milk.
- 1 tsp chili powder.
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying.
- 1 tbsp butter for frying.

- 1 tbsp tomato paste.
- 1 tbsp tomatoe sauce/kechup.
- 1 tsp chili powder.
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika.
- 2 tsp garam masala.
- 6 clove garlic chopped.
- 1 inch size piece of ginger chopped.
- 1 pinch sea salt.
- 1 tsp ground cumin or seeds.
- 1 tsp corriander/cilantro flakes or seeds.
- 3 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tsp black pepper cracked.
- 1 If you like real hot dishes add extra chilli to your own taste..

- Chop chicken into small cubes,squeeze lemon juice add the yoghurt and the sweet paprika.Mix and marinate in fridge for 2 or 3 hours..
