Ingrédients de Masala chai:
- 1 tsp tea leaves.
- 1 tsp granulated sugar.
- 1 small cardamom.
- 2 small black pepper corns.
- 1/4 piece grated ginger.
- 3/4 cup milk.
- 1/4 cup water.
Comment cuisiner Masala chai:
- Bring water to boil and add all ingredients except milk.
- Boil for atleast 3-5mins.
- Add milk and boil further for 4mins.
- Strain into a cup with a tea strainer and add a dallop of cream on top.
- Your masala chai is ready to slurp on!!.
