Ingrédients de Chips Masala:

  1. 1 kg Potatoes.
  2. 1 bell pepper, Onion, bay leaf and Green chilli.
  3. 1/2 tsp garlic powder, ginger powder and All spice mixture.
  4. 2 large Tomatoes.
  5. 1/2 tsp Afghan red chilli powder.
  6. 1/4 cup lime juice.
  7. 1 enough vegetable oil to fry chips.
  8. salt.

Comment cuisiner Chips Masala:

  1. Slice potatoes into chips and fry. Set aside.
  2. Sautee onions garlic green chilli and all the spices for 5 minutes...then add diced tomatoes and stir.
  3. As the sauce thickens add the lime juice and salt plus the chips and mix well... cook for another 5 minutes or until the sauce glazes the chips..
  4. Serve with shredded cabbage topped with garlic mayo....or French toast and sausages.
