Ingrédients de Fried prawns in Rechad Masala/paste:

  1. 4 kashmiri Chillies.
  2. 2 chillies whole (hot).
  3. piece of ginger.
  4. 7 to 8 garlic cloves.
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper.
  6. 1 cinnamon stick (small piece).
  7. 1 a few cloves.
  8. 1 vinegar for grinding the above ingredients.
  9. 2 tbsp Rice flour for coating the prawns before frying.
  10. 1 oil for frying ( shallow frying).
  11. 10 large prawns ..back slit for deveining.
  12. 1 salt as per taste.

Comment cuisiner Fried prawns in Rechad Masala/paste:

  1. For preparing rechad Masala ...soak the whole chillies in hot water for 5 mins ...drain ..then grind all the ingredients with vinegar to form a paste ..this is rechad Masala.
  2. Devein the prawns and apply salt to prawns and then coat rechad Masala ...marinate for 15 to 20 mins.
  3. In a pan take a little oil , when the oil becomes hot .. roll the prawns in rice flour and fry them ....
  4. Serve hot.
