Ingrédients de Garam masala meatballs:
- 1 pack extra-lean ground chicken.
- 2 large carrots, grated.
- 1/2 cup cilantro leafs, finely chopped.
- 2 teaspoon garam masala powder.
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated minced garlic.
- 1 dash hot sauce (I've used blair's afterdeath sauce).
- to taste fresh ground black pepper.
Comment cuisiner Garam masala meatballs:
- Mix all ingredients together and make 1 1/4" balls. It should make around 20 meatballs, more if you make them smaller..
- Spray a baking sheet with some oil or cooking spray and display the meatballs on it..
- Cook in preheated oven at 350° for 20 minutes. You can broil them for a couple of minutes if you don't find them golden and crispy enough after 20 minutes of cooking..
- Serve with my twisted saag aloo recipe and some hot naan bread..
