Ingrédients de Masala mutton gola kabab:

  1. 400 grams mutton.
  2. 2 onions.
  3. 1 teaspoon ginger paste.
  4. 1 teaspoon garlic paste.
  5. 1 teaspoon chilli powder.
  6. 1 teaspoon jeera powder.
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  8. 1 teaspoon garam masala.
  9. 2 green chillies.
  10. 3 pieces Coriander.
  11. 1/2 cup oil.
  12. as required Water.

  1. To begin making the Gola kabab recipe,heat a pan with oil. Add chopped onions to it. Saute for a while until they turn soft and pink in colour.
  2. Once it's done,add ginger and garlic paste and saute about 20 secs.
  3. Chop the mutton into small pieces and add to it along with remaining spices.
  4. Cook until all water is dried.cool it and grind it to a smooth dough without adding water.
  5. Wet your hands with water and make small balls of ping pong size and set aside.
  6. Add oil to a wok and shallow fry them until golden brown. Once they turn brown,take them out on a kitchen towel to soak the extra oil and put it aside.
  7. Now for the masala..heat oil fry onions till light brown.
  8. Add ginger garlic paste,chilli powder and salt.
  9. Fry well add half cup water..now put it aside.
  10. Cut potato and mix it with saffron colour..and fry it.
  11. Now..add Gola kabab and fried potato. Cook on low flame for 5 mins.
  12. Cover it and leave it on dum. Lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies... It's ready to serve and enjoy.
