Ingrédients de Pesarattu masala dosa:

  1. 1.5 cup Green Moong dal (hesarukalu).
  2. 3 tbsp Channa dal.
  3. 2 tsp puffed rice.
  4. 3 tsp cumin seeds.
  5. 4-5 Green chillies.
  6. 1 inch ginger.
  7. 4 tsp Rice flour.
  8. 1 onion finely chopped.
  9. 0.5 tsp hing.
  10. 2 tsp jaggery.

Pesarattu is a protein packed healthy breakfast made using whole green gram. It is one of the most commonly eaten Breakfasts from Andhra cuisine. Pesarattu are thin crepes or dosas made from ground green gram, ginger, cumin & chilies. These are served with upma and ginger chutney.

  4. Now add chopped onions + hing + salt + jaggery to the pesarattu batter and add water if required..
  5. In a dosa pan brush some oil and pour the batter. Add masala on top of it. Roast it on both the sides.
