Ingrédients de Mushroom Masala dry:

  1. 1 cup mushroom.
  2. Half cup onion.
  3. 1 tomato.
  4. Salt.
  5. Red chilli powder or flakes.
  6. Turmeric powder.
  7. Ginger garlic paste.
  8. Green chillies 2 no's slits.
  9. Garam masala or all spices masala.
  10. Black pepper powder.

Comment cuisiner Mushroom Masala dry:

  1. Take a pan and add oil of your choice.
  2. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, spices like bay leaves.
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste,onion, saute it. After that add tomatoes and saute it.once it's cooked,add mushrooms..
  4. Add turmeric powder,chilli flakes,garam masala powder and saute it make a thick dry gravy..
  5. Now add cilantro and serve it.
